Full-Time Team
While the Son Shine family includes an involved board of trustees and a host of volunteers, the full-time team is kept small. David Shaffer serves as director of the ministry and is the primary presenter of our programs. He serves alongside his wife, Daniele, and Paul and Amy Collins. The full-time team is committed to fulfilling our mission of sharing Jesus and equipping families. As God leads, we are open to enhancing our ministry outreach through the staffing of new positions on our team. Areas of expertise from which Son Shine Ministries would benefit include program writers and presenters, IT/social media manager, multimedia manager, treasurer, and administrative assistant. We are also building a small group of consultants to enrich our work of consulting churches on family ministry. If you are interested in a team position, let's begin the conversation now.
